The PRN Foundation

Mission 

The PRN foundation provides meaningful support to local, national, and international touring musicians through promotion and financial means. 

Vision 

We seek to build a lasting, self-sustained, and vibrant music scene that creates opportunities for artists to be seen and paid while giving fans access to great entertainment for a reasonable cost. 

Values 

• We embrace the principles of punk—nonconformity, individualism, and disruption of the status quo. Patti Smith once said, “Punk rock is the freedom to create, freedom to be successful, freedom to not be successful, freedom to be who you are. It’s freedom.” We agree and, while most of the artists we support are in the punk genre, we are open to any band that represents the spirit of punk rock. 

• We support inclusivity and welcome all who wish to participate as fans, musicians, donors, or general well-wishers. Come, be a part of the PRN Family. 

• We believe that diversity is key to a vibrant and lasting music scene in Central Indiana. The PRN Foundation does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation. Discrimination is not punk rock. 

• Caring for the members of our community is at the core of what we do—from creating safe spaces for music fans to providing financial assistance to musicians experiencing hardships. We are a compassionate, united community brought together by a love of music with an emphasis on punk rock. 

• We value consistency; that’s why every Saturday night is Punk Rock Night.
